In Clark County Washington, we currently have an issue with homes being significantly over assessed.  Over Assessed means homeowners are paying more for their property taxes then they should be.  The purpose of this blog is to communicate with the people of Clark County to inform them of the issue of over assessment and a way for the public to discuss their interactions with the Clark County Assessors office. 

Our current Assessor has spent millions of our tax money on new computer programs and the result is significantly over assessed properties.  Citizens who have tried to interact to correct this on their own homes have had a variety of experiences with the Assessor's office and we would  like to collect the experiences of citizen's interaction with the Assessor's office.
